Associate Prof., Department of Physics, A.S. (P.G.) College, Sikandrabad, U.P., India.
The critical current density in Y,Bi,&Tl- based superconductors has been measured over the magnetic field. The variation of AC susceptibility for these samples with temperature has been depicted. The curves have been normalised to flat regions of the characteristics at temperature far above and below Tc.
Keywords: Electrical resistivity,magnetic susceptibility,phase transition.

We have studied the UV-Visible absorption spectrum of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc), zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc) and Metal free phthalocyanine (Hydrogen Phthalocyanine – H2Pc). We also study the effect of CuPc, ZuPc and H2Pc as donar layer in (CuPc)/ fullerene (C60), (ZuPc)/ (C60) and (H2Pc)/ (C60) bilayer organic photovoltaic device (OPV) or Organic Solar Cell (OSCs), the enhancement of the overall performance of the OSCs with better spectral absorption. A variation in Efficiency in the device architecture has been observed. The variation in η is dominantly attributed to the increment in short circuit current density (Jsc) due to efficient photon harvesting by donor.

The Hall potentials had been recorded under radio-frequency (2-5.2 MHz range) perturbation which is found conventionally synthesized HTS Y123 at room temperature. The Hall coefficient RH and electrical carrier density NH had been computed and is found to be in the semiconductor range of the order of 10-14 and 1013 respectively.
